Are you ready to create a healthy, strong back and wake up to greater joy in the process?
- have more stamina in the garden, doing activities you love, or playing with loved ones.
- know how to safely lift and carry in your day to day life.
- learn ways to release and manage your pains on your own.
- have more flexibility in your day to day movement.
- build a strong solid spine for sport or recreation activities.
This workshop will provide you with insights as to what other approaches will support conventional treatment and take you steps closer to a healthier back.
Combine the best mechanical approaches to conditioning through exercise, with the energetic approach of eastern traditions to create an approach that encompasses empowering body, mind, and spirit.
No action will work unless the mindset and the emotions are congruent with what you are creating.
Doing physical work with fear of reinjury or disbelief in the outcome works against your progress. Even in the hands of a great health practicioner.
Through years of training people in gyms, to tone the core, and improve functionality, I am convinced of the importance of an approach that honours the connection between the mind body and spirit.
In eastern spiritual wisdom the spine is the spiritual centre with energy ascending and descending within the spine. In the west it is often treated merely as mechanical support.
You will improve functioning of the spine, reduce risk of injuries, improve performance at work or in sports, and enjoy your core training that much more when you approach the spine with this way.
In this enlightening workshop you will learn how to:-
- focus intention upon the chakras that run the length of the spine to release energy blocks.
- learn the role of emotions in back health.
- improve posture and reduce likelihood of injuries.
- build your strength and endurance through mental and physical activities.
- use the power of visualisation to create the healthy spine you desire.
- begin to develop an exercise routine that builds up the strength of the muscles of the spine.
- learn about and experience technologies that are enhancing wellbeing of bodies world wide.
“I am 72 years and have always maintained a healthy, fit and active lifestyle. As I had two lower back surgeries in 1995 and later developed osteoarthritis it is important I maintain good muscle and cardio strength to maximize my flexibility and energy levels.
The training programs Matthew continually puts into place and professionally supervises have given me the all around body strength, conditioning and confidence that I desire in the person I wish to be.”
