Do you know what you “should” be doing but find yourself not doing it?

Are your goals seeming less and less possible to you?

Most people know what they have to do to lose weight but are not doing it. There are patterns, often unknown to them, that are sabotaging them. Maybe this is you.

Still others are following methods that offer quick fixes to health loss, but compromise health and well being. Health is about lifestyle changes, loving yourself more, doing what you love to do, and making it about something more than losing weight. Weight loss and toning becomes a side-effect.

It is a journey of returning to Sacred and on Sep 18th 2010. Matthew Ashdown, Personal Trainer and Speaker will be taking Victoria participants through a very unique personal training approach to exercise and healthy body that includes perspectives from psychology, spirituality and exercise physiology.

Matthew Ashdown struggled with weight during his teenage years and beyond. As a personal trainer he has made it his mission to understand what really causes people to gain weight, how to lose it and how to love yourself more whatever weight you are now.

What is needed in the personal training industry is compassion and understanding for the struggles that people go through and this is Matthew’s passion.

He has helped hundreds of people through his 8 years as a full time personal trainer and combined his research in psychology, spirituality and exercise physiology to create an approach to fitness that embraces the connection between these disciplines.
