Guilt for bad food choices, not doing enough exercise, relationships you have screwed up, the money you have wasted away.

The path to fitness can be one of fun and happiness, and it comes by making that choice now. Change is that much easier when we refuse to punish ourselves.

Once you release the guilt, you begin to treat yourself differently and that weight you have struggled with will really begin to slip away.
