CHALLENGING YOUR OLD SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS
Many of us have received faulty programming from our world that is preventing us from achieving optimum health and fitness. That is why so many people sabotage their progress on the path to wellbeing. We can have the best intentions, but the underlying programming is what is so important.
Any time that we become aware of patterns of self-sabotage it is time to change up our thought patterns. When we believe it, we will see it. This is where we hear about the idea of positive thinking so often.
We can do all the best positive thinking in the world, however, but when we have old beliefs that conflict with that positive thinking, the suffering can be immense. And the results are hard to come by, or people just give up and believe that it does not work.
You see our conscious mind is responsible for the thoughts that we are thinking that we are aware of, but there are beliefs that we hold on to from times long gone by that are no longer serving us. They are stored in our subconscious mind.
What we need to do is recondition our subconscious mind to allow the possibility for what we want to happen. This is part of the process, the grace of the universe is the rest. These positive thoughts need to be absorbed at the subconscious level and there are so many new technologies that are making it a lot easier for us these days.
