My fiiend Sally & I fell in love with the Gratitudes several years ago! It is so heartwarming to read your words and know that so many of us are on the same path to empower young people to live inspired, intuitive, conscious and contributive lives. Keep up the awesome work! My dream is that we catch young hearts and minds early enough so that they avoid the pain of disillussionment & frustration which often leads to addiction, crime and ultimately prison. The young men I work with in prison wake up to their magnificence inside and make phenomenal changes for a healthier life.

Thank you for this Matthew! I am grateful for the reminder that despite financial hardtimes, I do have more than material/financial wealth to share with my friends & family & the world. Just a slight little nudge, and already I’m feeling so much more abundant, knowing that I do have gifts to give.
When we struggle financially, its so easy to let the stress mount & neglect our health & fitness. I am dealing with this challenge & would gratefully accept a prayer to that regard.
My step-father, who is himself a healer, was recently diagnosed with cancer. The very next week, he returned to his medical practice, all the while awaiting his own treatment. He gives so much to a very neglected & often abused segment of our brothers & sisters; those who suffer from addictions & homelessness. Please pray for him, so that he can continue to bless others with his humanity & healing.
