I still prefer my belly at days when is flat rather then bloated and I still enjoy so much when I touch my toes with ease and nothing is pulling or hurting. I also enjoy food very much and I don't really deprive my self of eating anything. I love feeling good in my body. I find life so much more enjoyable that way.
