Pooh rocks! He is the ultimate master of living in the moment, of self-acceptance, and love! :-)

    OH Stuff an’ Fluff!
I think Winnie the Pooh has that mental stuff in hand! He seems to not ‘beat himself up’ at all. Actually he is quite pleased with himself and gentle and kind!! I would like to try that on too! Thanks Pooh! :) (and Matthew) lol

At this point of my life I am pretty far from the land of Pooh….
I still prefer my belly at days when is flat rather then bloated and I still enjoy so much when I touch my toes with ease and nothing is pulling or hurting. I also enjoy food very much and I don’t really deprive my self of eating anything. I love feeling good in my body. I find life so much more enjoyable that way.

I wish I could eat honey all the time!

Self acceptance at it’s finest! This was something I never recognized before when watching Winnie the Pooh. Thanks for the realization Pooh and Matthew!
