There are great people doing great work in the world to alleviate the suffering of AIDS victims around the world. I have been particularly motivated by the work of Marion and Con Cloete who were highlighted in the movie “Angels in the Dust”.
I now choose to support these folks, sending money when I can with a hope to join them and volunteer with them at some point in the very near future when I can make it out to Africa. AIDS is the disease to end all diseases. I will not fight this disease for that only causes it to persist, but I can tell you that I stand for the health and wellbeing of every person on this planet!
This is a matter of coming together, raising the consciousness of this planet together and affirming to every child that they are worthy, that they deserve life, that they are important to the evolution of our planet.
You can be assured that because Africa is facing some of the greatest contrast, that it is a place that is going to change drastically in the next number of years. We can support through our meditation practice, through our financial aid, through our education and through standing up for the real cure.
I look forward to seeing what I learn from these amazing people as I get to experience and meet with them soon.
